Mary Margaret is astonished at the outcome after she reads to John Doe from the storybook while visiting him at the hospital. Back in fairytale world, Snow White and Prince Charming meet up for the first time.

Charming and his fiancée go on a ride together. 

Henry tells Mary Margret that maybe she should read to John Doe. 

Henry and Emma bond by planning their 'operation' together.

Mary Margret reads to John Doe from the fairytale book.

John does moves his hand while Mary Margret reads to him of Snow White and Prince Charming. 

The doctor calls Regina to inform her of John Doe. 

Snow White falls into Charmings trap. 

Mary Margret tells Emma and Henry what happened as she was reading to John Doe. 

John Doe is missing from his hospital bed. 

Snow and Charming team up for an adventure. 

They look for John Doe. 

Snow White tries to bargain with the troll to get charming's ring back. 

They find John Doe in the woods. 

We find out that John Does name is David, his wife has come to see him.
